I had little time with some work, shopping etc. but I am trying to do something every day so I did s Walk away your hips and thighs. I only had time for the walk. I really like these workouts. They are a nice quick 30 min workouts. THANKS - like I said I would never have done them except you guys recommend them.Sun I had a dog obedience run thru (basically practice for a real show), so I was there most of morning and afternoon.I decided I needed to do something so I did Hip Hop Abs Last minute Abs - well I loved it so then did the dance workout that followed and then the firming part of s Walk away your hips. The was about 20 min but used bands for all your kicks etc. It was perfect.
