Today was the first day this week I was able to do my Bridge Walk, as it was rainy during my lunch hour the other days.  It felt great to be back out there!I went to Taco Hell for dinner (fresco menu, I never went earlier this week) and attached is a pic of a tacky yet at the same time cool jacket worn by a Korean War vet.  On the front were medals from the war and he wore a vet baseball cap.

I walked home which took around 20 minutes.When I got home I did Hip Hop Hustle #2, around 30 minutes long.  It was only a teensy bit more challenging than the first one, and I had a lot of fun though I still like the newer ones better, or at least HHH6-8 which I've done the first block of anyway..

After that I did 3 supersets for biceps, starting at 15 lb dumbells then going down to 12's doing regular curls, hammer curls, W's, repeat. I'm happy to say I'm getting sore in the chest and triceps from yesteday.  Yay!

I forgot to do abs and went on to Yoga For Stress Relief, the first half that really stretches the legs and hips/s.i. joint. Off to take a bath.  A grueling kettlebell workout is in store for me tomorrow with !
