"Since I don´t have an answer from my HIV Specialist I'm thinking very seriously switch off some ARV's (one by one) in order to discover which of them is the cause of my problem."Whatever you do, please don't do this. It's an invitation to viral resistance issues.It's very hard to evaluate your situation from your description, but it doesn't sound like a usual ART issue.JB
