Guest guest
Yesterday I ate like CRAP. Seriously. The 3 microbrews I drank were nothing compared with what I ate. Yesterday I walked the bridges, but that's it. Today I walked the 3 miles of bridges, did 5 flights of stairs at work to eventually work back up to all 30 flights, and did 2 workout videos, Art of Strength: Providence (kettlebells) and Body Combat 22. After all I went through with on Saturday, AOS Providence seemed relatively easy. MInd you, it was still quite difficult, especially the tactical lunges section, but compared to doing all of Weber's workout it was easy. I still had pep in me so I did Body Combat. It was fun, but not as fun as Round 40 for Turbo Kick I do really appreciate though how Body Combat incorporates more martial arts moves than TK. The energy of the instructors is truly off the charts! I don't think that these workouts entirely compensate for yesterday's behavior, but it's a step in the right direction, anyway. Tomorrow I MUST do yoga! My body needs it!!
