I worked out every day but Thursday, though I'm not sure I can remember what all I did. I am down 2 more lbs and finally under 200 at 198. Everthing's fitting more loosely, which is nice. Monday: Bridge Walk + Firm It UpTuesday: West Hills Walk + Back and Biceps with Noel, 15 minutes on dreadmillWednesday: R39 + Yoga for Stress Relief, practice for the SI JointThursday: OFFFriday: HHA - Hips, Buns, & Thighs, Secret to Flat Abs, Last Minute Abs + Hip Hop Hustle #8 Today: learning R39 to teach it tomorrow. I'm feeling the need to engage in something spiritual and may do some kundalini yoga that a special friend sent me (THANKS CHICA!!
