Guest guest Posted August 4, 2010 Report Share Posted August 4, 2010 Hey all, I'm new here. Been listening to the podcasts for two weeks now, and I'm about half way through. I'm really struggling. While I made some positive changes (YAY ME!), I still hit the candy jar in my coworker's office FAR too much. About 6 mini Reese and about a dozen kisses today, for example. I kind of have a " why not " attitude, and I always think I have the strength to put them in my top drawer and only eat one occasionally, but then I wind up binging and eating them all in one sitting. YIKES... Anyway, I had 90 pounds to lose, lost 40 on the hcg diet (and lost a lot of hair due to the quick weight loss - NOT good) - and promptly gained back 18 pounds of my loss. I've forgiven myself for the past and am just trying to make each day better than the one before. I'm ready to be naturally and easily slim, fit and healthy... only one thing. Can someone help me love exercise? I can't seem to wake up to go to the gym in the a.m. LOL Peace everyone, looking forward to getting to know you all. PS is there a facebook group set up yet?
