Guest guest Posted April 5, 2011 Report Share Posted April 5, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today I did a combination of jump rope alternated with weight exercises, finished off with 15 minutes of walking. Don't know why but my arms were kind of tired today, even though I felt pretty energetic. So, I just focused on what I could do, rather than " shoulding " myself to do more. - full push-ups (12 of them, yea!!) - lateral shoulder raise - jump squats (oh yeah, felt the burn there!) - front plank (60 seconds) - side planks (45 seconds each side, a 50% improvement) - lunges - hammer curls - decline sit-ups (yikes, my abs are gonna be sore tomorrow...) - overhead shoulder press - tricep dips Thanks for reading, Yuna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
