Some of you have mentioned it before, but I dismissed it as it didn't appeal to my junkie. LOL Now, I come back with an investigation. The recipe called for Kale, spinach, banana, flaxseed oil, berries and kiwi. Is this an official recipe? Do you play with it? Do you enjoy it? Is it a constant in your diet? What benefits have you seen? How long does it take for one to feel the benefits? Can you add protein powder to it? Whew. Didn't think I'd finish? . I look forward to your responses!
