I am SWEATY right now!  This took around a half hour, and I'm psyched to do more of these, especially when I'm short on time like today.  Each drill is 40 seconds on, 20 off.quick jabs on the bagjump rope with a real jumprope

pushups on kneesjumping jacks on rebounderrest one minute, repeat above one more timehigh knee run on rebounderspeed skateskettlebell swings with 25 lb bellkettlebell clean and press w/20 lb bell (first time through on right, 2nd time through on left)

rest one minute, repeat above one more time

I learned a lot with this!  I really thought that the jumproping with the rope would be the hardest drill, but it wasn't!  Guess what tired me out the quickest??? The quick straight jabs on the bag!  WOW!  I thought that would be the easiest given all the kickboxing that I do but when you do it as fast as you can with no breaks for 40 seconds  it wipes you out!

The next most exhausting drill was the speedskates.  The kettlebell swings also really wiped me out, and next time I think I'll use my 30 lb. bellMy right knee is a bit wonky so I did the high knee run and jacks on the rebounder. Off to take a bath and get some goodies for the party I'm going to!Happy 4th, Everyone!
