Guest guest Posted November 26, 2010 Report Share Posted November 26, 2010 Hello everyone I started my first batch of kombucha on Tuesday and everything seems to be going well so far. However, when I put the scoby into the sweet tea it wasn't completely emerged in the tea (some of the edge was sticking out), is this okay?
