Very interesting revelation...thank you:). I think I do the same. However, with

three small children, sleep usually has to be put in the back seat. LoL

I've been sleeping.. It is amazing what a difference it makes into my life.

I became very careful about my sleeping hours, since I realized sometimes I

was not hungry, but TIRED... So I allow myself to REST a lot more..
