Hello all,

I have been having some trouble with my kombucha lately....not fizzy or really

nice mushrooms as I had previously. Thinking back, I am wondering if the

unsuccessful brewing started when I got an air purifier. It has a UV light and a

small amount of ozone and claims to kill pathogens of all sorts. Do you think it

could affect my brew?
