Guest guest
I just bottled my first brew last night into some grolsch style bottles. This morning when I went to check them they were so fizzy it sounded like i was popping open champagne. it's still a little sweet, but since it's fizzy and it brewed for 9 days i think its ok. Should i let it go another day, or put it in the fridge now?
Guest guest
....whatever u decide to do , make sure to burp them here and now, especially those Grolch style bottles, they build up more pressure. Putting them in fridge will help ( you dont want dangorous explosions..) > > I just bottled my first brew last night into some grolsch style bottles.
