I test tasted from my brewing jar, the one with adopted SCOBY and oh it was heavenly! I was thrilled. Still a little bit sweet, but it has some FIZZ! Not as strong as I would like but it's THERE! HELP. Should I bottle now? Should I wait until I absolutely love the taste? Would it be better if I bottle now, then let it sit for few more days?
