The word perceived makes her scream

My newly diagnosed 14 year old hates the word " perceived " but only when

I use it. We've had to ban it from the house. I notice that her

therapist uses it freely, though. Gosh, the word is rather endemic to

the illness, isn't it? I guesss that's precisely why mom can't use it.

LOL.

Please...I need someone here to laugh with me about this. Anybody here

have other " banned " words in your house?
