TO OUR AUSTRALIAN FRIENDS -- Disclaimer -- I think that my VERY BAD houseguest

(he got worse -- $250 dinner and he didn't even OFFER to pay his share) is NOT

representative of Australians!!!

That aside-- his attitude was definitely " you're a " Fat American " but it got to

me so much because I know that I used to make those judgements when I thought I

had this problem licked.

(but still, he's a horrible houseguest).

As for the 15 pound, it's actually more like 10. I am listing my HONEST weight

everyday, but I weight yesterday after having been up several hours and

consuming a boatload of water PLUS it's TTOTM, so I'm thinking my 211.5 from

last week is more real (you can't gain 5.5 pounds in a week without some serious

gorging), so I've left my goal the same.

WIDRT so far -- eliminated toast with butter from breakfast. I THINK I " HAVE " to

have this with breakfast, but really, fresh tomatoes with basil next to my

omelette during the summer -- much better choice both health and taste wise!!!
