Episode #2 is where suggests taking the before picture. I took some and I definitely look miserable. I will refrain from posting them online but maybe one day! In terms of my towards motivation, I don't know about you guys but I definitely found this to be somewhat difficult. is right, we are probably not really used to dreaming about successful weight loss if we have had this struggle for a long time! My towards motivation: -I want to be excited and comfortable being naked and in a bikini -I want to achieve naturally slender eating habits and keep them for life -I want to make true healthy lifestyle changes that allow me to continue to enjoy all the wonderful opportunities in my life -I want to look great over the holidays and on NYE and on my interviews and on my 26th bday -I want to look great at the weddings I have this upcoming year -I want to look great the next time I see Chris -I want to look and feel great in a bathing suit -I want to love and accept myself I know that next episode is actually a little bit the harder part is dreaming and designing the specifics on how I will look, think, feel and act as this naturally slender person. I will post this by Tuesday night! Thanks again for everyone's interest in doing this! If we want to remain accountable, let the group know how often and when you will post your answers so we can look for your answers and keep this moving.
