Towards motivation - - Have more energy - Spouse and child be proud of me - Wear stylish clothes - Be able to power walk - Wear shorts in summer - Healthier - Surprise my daughter the next time I see her (she lives on the other side of the country) - Do my 'messy' art techniques and easily do the clean up - Have a cleaner dwelling I will post my response to Episode #3 Tuesday morning.
