Guest guest Posted December 13, 2010 Report Share Posted December 13, 2010 I haven't gained weight but I'm concerned because I've been mini-bingeing on chocolate for the past several weeks... so I'm going to commit to listening to more of the IOWL past episodes as well as the current ones I'm on, to help with this--although I am forgiving myself when I do this. (Brief synopsis: my dad collapsed in early November and had pneumonia, in hospital for over 2 weeks--meanwhile my mother in law hospitalized with an infection--my dad got released right before Thanksgiving but my MIL continued to decline and we released her from this incarnation on Wednesday night...)
