Really Doing It! - Episode #3

Hey guys!

As promised, here are my notes from episode 3. I'm glad so many have joined in

already. I encourage all others to do so if they would like. I'm finding it very

helpful so far! :)

I listened to Episode 3 and did the guided journey while at my computer and took

some notes about thoughts I had about 's questions. Here is what I came up

with! It was kind of hard at first but got easier with time as I became more and

more excited about getting what I want.

I want to easily and naturally maintain the optimal healthy and fit weight for

me and have resilient health.

How do you look?

-I look vibrant and happy and like I am full of energy in person and in pictures

-My face and body is thinner and more toned and many different outfits look

stunning on me

Behaviors. What do you do?

-Shop 1-2 times per week and bring my lunch to work

-Eat fruits and vegetables often

-Stay active with my running group, go running 2-3 times per week, do yoga and

spinning and weight training as cross training

-Take rest days when I know I need them

-Take meditation time when I need it

Thoughts. What kind of thoughts do you have?

-I have thoughts about how different food choices will make me feel over time

-I have thoughts about preferring this lifestyle and feeling content in this way

of living

-When at dinner with friends I focus on enjoying the company and the

conversation and I feel good about

Feel. How do you feel with this body?

-I feel energetic and wake up in the morning with a spring in my step

-I feel good in my body because the good food and feelings about myself nourish

my soul

-I feel excited about this new way of living because I it allows me to live each

day to the fullest and stop living in the past or the future!

Beliefs.

-I believe that I am worth taking great care of

-I believe that being healthy can be easy and enjoyable

-I believe that health and fitness are top priorities and that I can do it

-I believe that what I do in my life is worthwhile and I feel passionate about

pursuing my dreams and being naturally slender allows me to give so much more to

my passions and dreams in life

My new identity. Who am I that I have what I want?

-I am a beam of bright sunshine in my own life and in others and I love to feel

good and make others feel good

My soul. How do I renew? What is my source of energy and renewal? Inspiration?

Life?

-I think of the people in my life and how we are all human and just trying to do

our best at any given moment

-I think about taking great care of myself so I can take great care and give to

others and fully appreciate my life

-I think about a power greater than me and give thanks to that power for the

gift of life that I have been given

-My source of energy is gaining perspective about what really matters in this

life of mine

I started listening to Episode 4 and will post by Thursday night. I'm very

excited about that one because I think its going to be very helpful to really

pin down whats been holding us back!

Thanks again for those who are joining in on doing this from the beginning. I

really think its going to make a difference!
