Today I tasted my first finished batch of KT!!! It was so yummy. I thought I

would share my recipe.

I used half green and half black tea for my brew. When I bottled it the other

day I added 1 tbsp of fresh pineapple (chopped fine). Then I added 1 teaspoon of

fresh chopped ginger. The bottles are 16 ounce grolsch style bottles, and I let

them sit in the bottles at room temp for 2 days. I put them in the refrige today

and this evening I popped one open. It was so delicious! The sweet pineapple and

crisp, spicey ginger made a great combo!!! My new fave!
