Guest guest
I read that green tea promotes growth, but I prefer black tea's apple cider rendering of the KT. So... I grow my scobies in a more green tea salute, & a continouos (black tea & oj pekoe) brew method is better for drinking... more control, yes? (In continuous brew) I am a chef & a sushi chef & owe everything I've learned from Margret & Bev, but in 2 mo.s time , I have produced over 100 beautiful cultures, by following DIRECTIONS, reading everything I can get my hands on, and loving the heavens (wanna say hell, hold me back....) out of this symbiotic ,zoogeal mat of a living whirlwind of Goodness & LIGHT....it is an amazing thing we've got our hand's on folk's,... & now that Coca-Cola & Celestial Seasoning's are on board, be the first in your 'hood' to educate..... Like big Momma?? I hear somewhere that worrying only gives us an illusuion of being in control. Can you control your scoby growth? Why worry.. let it be..It sounds like you are doing fine!tte > > i have heard that if your scoby is too thick, the middle of it isn't getting fed properly. So is it best to not let your scoby get too thick? has anyone else heard this before?
