Guest guest
Well, we have made the move and we are officially in Georgia now. We ended up not finding any houses in our price range when we arrived, so we are living on Fort McPherson, so my kids will end up in Fulton County Schools. I think the school they are zoned for is Perkerson. I can't seem to find out much about this school. Anyone have a kid going there? If not, has anyone heard anything about this school? Also, if I don't like the school or it doesn't seem to provide the services needed, what do I have to do to do an out of zone request? Anyone know? Thanks for your help. -- ~ ~ proud US Army wife mommy to Caitey, 9, ADHD mommy to Sierra, 5, autism, nonverbal, sensory intergration disorder " Only the really plain people know about love - the very fascinating ones try so hard to create an impression that they soon exhaust their talents. Guest guest
The IEP must be written to address your child's needs, if those needs can't be met at his school then you can request that the services be provided in another Fulton County School.
