Donna, if Turbo Jam messed with your back, Turbo Fire will probably mess it up too, I'm afraid to say :( If your back was okay with Turbo Jam and you liked Turbo Jam, then yes, these are really worth having! 

I've gotten inspired by Kassia and other friend not on this group to come up with my own HIIT routines using a Gymboss.  This is what I created for tomorrow:

Saturday

Tabata 7/3

(drills are 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest)

 

quick jabs on the bag

jump rope (with a real jumprope)

pushups

jumping jacks

 

(rest 1 minute, repeat above one more time)

 

high knee run

speed skates

kettlebell swings

kettlebell thrusters

 

(rest 1 minute, repeat above one more time)
