Guest guest Posted July 2, 2010 Report Share Posted July 2, 2010 this morning was a little late getting going but i got it done! i started with denise austin's body makeover lower body barre. this is not as hard as other barre workouts but its a nice way to warm up with her leg swings and controlled passes kickbacks!next i moved to bells and weights. i did this routine when i was out of town with my bell and band. i didn't make time to come up with a new routine so i decided to tweak this one for today it was 30 on 10 off for two sets each used 20lb bell and used 8lb weights except for punches i used 3lb weights. wasn't puke in the bucket like my other workouts but it was a great start to getting back into the swing :)swingsshoulder pressalt. cleanscurl/pressalt. snatchback rowspushupspunchessquats with belllunges with weightsdid some quick stretching as i have a packed day of chores(already knocked out windows and kitchen counter YAY!),laundry, a few errands and tonight there is a special art showing downtown of artwork from all the autistic children attending lynchburg city schools so of course some of viola's works will be displayed along with her little schoolmates. i don't know which ones they chose but she sent in some great paintings of faces using different animals,clowns and feelings as well as they did do some work at school for it. i haven't seen anything she did at school but i hope we get to keep them when the show is over. have a great friday folks!kassiaLDY_SOLANA'S WEBPAGElast purchase 6-21-10owner of 280 workout dvds & 49 fitness related books Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
