angles,lines,

and curves/push pull

last night did 25 min of wii gold's gym boxing followed with kari

anderson's angles lines and curves. a great fusion of ballet exercises,pilates exercises and mobility and static stretches. the music

is classical and the movements are flowing and graceful. kari leads well and builds up intensity of the exercises(but you can always stay low to modify). it hits all over body with light strength and stretching. this morning drank my creatine/juice and did push pull!!!! i did ALL THE REPS!! OMG I DID ALL THE REPS. my system with

cathe is to go 2-5lbs lighter then her on certain exercises. she announces what she will use and that helped. you want to know what i started to take breaks during the set! LEG LIFTS ON THE BALL! i just did

squats,deadlifts, lunges with elevated heel but no weight easy to follow movement of leg lifts LOL. also during the lower ab crunch. so it

may seem my back/abs and a bit in the hips might not be as strong as the rest of me LOL. always great lessons when you notice what your body is doing!gym later, something steady state. running if my legs feel alright elliptical on low if they start feeling sore or tight.
