Thoughts & Feelings--Well, this is the best my percentages have gotten as far as close to my goal of 70/15/15. But I'm way over on calories. I'm suppose to be between 2337 and 2804. That's only 450 calories over! Darn that Macaroni and Cheese from a box! LOL Guess since I'm planning on mac and cheese with dinner tonight, I'll make it from scratch instead.  As for my workouts. the Arms workout card is only 4 exercises and 2 stretches, so not a lot for me. Then I had to use the bands instead of weights because of my burned fingers, so I didn't get as much out of it as I could had I gone heavy with the weights. I did these cards up for people who are just getting started and need exercise ideas and instruction, but I like to use them as add ons to other workouts. The cardio workout I did was dvr'd from BYUTV. The majority of it was good, but there were a couple of places where she was off beat. Most of the combos were good, but some of them were probably why she was off beat. You can't do speed bag type stuff without keeping a constant count in your head or you get off beat. She did speed bag type body blows at one point and I think that is when it got screwed up. There was another time when the step touch was off for everyone. All 7 of them were slightly off of each other. She even commented on it and brought them back on, but it was very noticeable.
