See chart below:WEIGHT LOSS GOAL GOAL WEIGHT POUNDS TO LOSE 5% 209.00 11.00 10% 198.00 22.00 15% 187.00 33.00 20% 176.00 44.00 25% 165.00 55.00 30% 154.00 66.00 35% 143.00 77.00 40% 132.00 88.00 45% 121.00 99.00I gained this week because of what I ate over this weekend . Now that I'm back from my weekend workshop I will be able to eat healthier food and not have to rely on what's available.Also, this week I'm hoping to play volleyball, if not I will DEFINITELY start exercising/stretching my sore ankle.
