Hi Ladies!Sorry, I have not posted in a few days, I keep meaning to but forget. Friday I did Firm Lower Body Sculpt 2, Monday was Fit Prime Steamin' Cardio and today was another Fit Prime Day and did Metaboost. I really had to push myself to workout today because I was very sore however, I'm glad I did! I've been doing good with my workouts its just my eating I wish I could do better with!! It seems like I'm always thinking about eating and always hungry!!Yesterday was a rest day so no workout however, today it was back in full swing! Today I did Fit Prime Crunch time a short 40min total body workout that packs a good punch in a short workout! I was REALLY pleased with how intense but easy to fallow the aerobic routines were for this workout and that made me very happy because I have two left feet! The weight lifting routines while sort were a bit intense. The one thing I felt the workout did lack is a good ab section. It does a

short routine at the beginning but that was it. My big complaint about the Fit Prime workouts that I've done this week is that it has no real stretching at the beginning and that really bothers me because my hamstring muscles are very tight and need to get lose before intense exercise. Friday its back down to the mat for the lower body!Hugs,Geoff
