Finally after several months the mass quantities of alchol that invaded my house during the holidays is gone. Terry and I have made a committment not to bring any more alcohol in to the house. Wine when we are out to do dinner, sure. Sucking down empty calories just because we had a bad day at work? No. We may get some O'd Douls once in a while if the meal requires beer flavor with it. (Corned beef and cabbage and chili as examples) I know I have posted this type of thing and over again, but hopefully we'll stick to it this time. I think having Terry bought in to this helps. I was never very good at watching him have a beer while I had a diet coke. Next, I'm going to get him to stop bringing home sweets from work. One battle at a time. I was intending on doing weights today, but my migraines are back in full force and today light hurst my eyes and my neck is one big tense muscle. So if I do anything, it will probably be light walking or gentle yoga in the dark. I'm sure the three goodbye glasses of red wine last night did not help me any. So motivating factor #2. ;-) My bike gets delivered on the 31st! I can't wait!!! Also, look at this new place near my work! I'm so excited!
