OK, I am right now decanting my delicious fizzy KT. The problem is that I am

having a hard time filling my bottles all the way because I have so much fizz.

I need to stop at about 3/4 full, wait for it to die down a little, add a little

more, wait, etc. Is there an easier faster way?

Alway treat everybody with kindness, as everyone is fighting a battle of some

sort,

Sue

Hi,Sue, i remember Velma saying earlier she fills bottles to a point, than to

the next bottle some more..so on.. this way you also have a similar distribution

of good bottom stuff..and as you make it around this will give time for fizz to

settle. As for teas i do not mix mine, i have mostly green batches, but

sometimes i steep up some black separete and add to a batch. Like my batches

black or green or white, but it is really is a personal preference, with me at

least...or , just do what u were doing already it sounds as if your scobies are

doing well and KT is yummy..cheers, Jahjet
