I did start with Chalean Burn Circuit 1 yesterday. I sure do love this series. They're short and sweet, and my days are sooooooo long. They're completely do-able, no excuses workouts.The rain didn't materialize yesterday, so I did my usual bike commute. I'm feeling stronger on the bike these days. My knees feel like they've really strengthened. I know it takes time for all the tendons and connective tissue to toughen up.

This morning I woke up[ after having some really strange dreams, the last of which turned suddenly into a nightmare: out of the blue, a guy ran out and started stabbing me in the neck, LOL. When I woke up I realized that my upper body was so sore that it had triggered the weird dreams. I am very tired today, so I'm skipping a pre-ride workout. I have to pick up groceries at lunch, so I'll either ride or walk to that.

The rain is postponed again, so I'll do my regular bike commute instead of the bike trainer. I'll do CLX Burn Circuit 2 tomorrow.Off to work!
