Wednesday workout

Hi,

I got up at 5 am this morning and did my workout at 6. I'm feeling some DOMS from jari's workout yesterday so I wasn't sure how cardio would go, especially that early. I did a lot better then I thought I would.

I did In The Ring and did the warm up and all 4 combos. After that, I did the first half of Tracey's Core Conditioning (thanks for the idea Bernadette) Man, is that one hard. Those long holds are just killer.

I didn't realize how long I had been working out until I looked at the clock and realized I had about 5 minutes to spare. I did my own stretch (which I hate doing) because of time.

I ended up burning 629 calories.

and have eye appointments this evening so no yoga for me. I'm pretty sore and tired anyway.
