This is fascinating information that I desperately need, so Thanks to whoever is responsible for getting this thread started. I "WebMD'd" cabergoline and have asked my Doctor if I can have my prolactin level checked to see if I could benefit from this treatment. I cannot remember the last time I was able to have a full erection, much less a spontaneous one. I have absolutely no interest in sex at all, and I am embarrassed to say that this has been going on for about 8 years now . . . I know! I have been on Testosterone injections for quite some time and was on androgel for a long time too. I've been taking serostim injections for about 7 months now and although I have stopped losing weight, I've only gained 2 pounds. I'm 6'2 and weighed

only 149 and my normal weight before was around 190. My doctor could find no medical reason (other than wasting syndrome) for this to happen, however we did find out that I had Celiac's disease. I had high hopes for gaining weight back once getting off wheat gluten, and while I do feel %100 better, have gained no weight. So once again, many thanks to Jules Levin for posting this information!

You have to be careful not to bring prolactin too low since it has functions in the bodyhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prolactin
