Guest guest Posted June 4, 2010 Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 I really put my workout off this morning...not sure if it was because I didn't feel like doing it, or because I COULD procrastinate now that I am not racing against the clock in the mornings. Anyway, I liked the workout okay. I felt I worked everything pretty good except for back. I should have went much heavier there. Otherwise, some great burns! The ab section did nothing for me though. She worked the obliques, and that was it? Weird.. So afterwards, I put in this Prevention Tummy Trimming Yoga DVD in that I got for free or cheap awhile back. It was okay. I would not use it for abs though. Strictly yoga. I can't believe it's Friday - this has been a goofy week!
