Hi Everyone,

Today was my regular active/rest day. So, I did my usual - a recorded Classical Stretch episode. I did one from the 2009 series (my PBS station carries them) and it was a standing workout for posture. I did it not too long ago and I saved it on my DVR b/c I liked it so much. Since then, I have been in the middle of housework max. It is raining today (first time in a month!) and I'm feeling domestic. I want to do some decluttering, so I better strike while the iron is hot! DD and I are also going to bake a "wacky cake" (it is cooking meets science experiment - you use vinegar and baking soda in the recipe to demonstrate how acids and bases intereact - it makes a nice chocolate cake, too!)

Anyway, here's my week in review:

Sunday - Montenegro Method (MM) Strength # 3 (Core), Family Walk/Hike (I may have done something else, but I don't remember!!) Oh - I think I did Kries' Waking Energy Standing

Monday - MM Endurance Workout # 2, 1 mile on the TM (1/2 before, 1/2 after), Kries Yin Yoga Segment

Tuesday - Margaret - All My Best Volume 1 - (both segments), I may also have done some Classical Stretch, but I can't recall!

Wed - Sick! Kries Waking Energy Seated

Thurs - MM Power Workout (all three strength segments), Aligned & Well Back Biomechanics

Friday - MM Endurance # 2, 1 Mile on the TM (1/2 before, 1/2 after), stretching on my own

More MM workouts up for the coming week! Tomorrow I'll do Strength # 1 - Upper Body (this one is short - only 20 minutes, if that - so I'll add on - maybe some Pilates...maybe a walk....) Actually, a 1/2 mile before and 1/2 milea fter is probably in order since these have no warm-ups or cool-downs and walking an extra mile a day never hurt anyone.

Take care!Donna
