Okay so today I got my body fat tested again since Febuary 7 I have

gone from 23.3 to 22.6% which I consider amazing. I have spent a lot

of time fighting my self on the eating issues. I now have faught that

deamon and am moving on. Now I am done with that battle I am

interested in how to use the BMR #, mine is 1353. How do I use this

to make me leaner and stronger.

Can someone help me with this?
