Guest guest Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 My name is sarah and i have a 15 month old little girl named Dakota who has had low nuetrophil counts,low IgG subclass levels mainly in subclass 1 and she doesnt respond to here vaccination titers,she is a non responder.We were sent to Denver to meet w/ a hemotologist and to the national jewish health center to see an immunologist and both of them werent too conserned but told my peds doc to do vac titers and to check her wbc every 4 weeks and her immunblogulins every 6 months ,so thats what we do and for the last 9 month and her nuetrophils have come up to 1150 but her IgG Subclass 1 is still a hundred points below the normal range and it conserns me .
