Did anyone see 's status on FB yesterday or the day before? She just asked

a simple question. What would it be like to be completely relaxed around food?

Lots of people responded. At first i thought yeah, that is what we all want and

it would be great but really...... then I realized that was a limiting belief!

I couldn't wait to get my journal out and re-work it. That is where i am in the

podcasts.....limiting beliefs and how to change them. I had so much fun, i did

several more. Then as i was " trying them on for size " i started getting quivery

little butterflies in my chest like it was intoxicating! and my pulse started

getting faster. I felt like i had a little breakthrough. I could actually feel

what is was like to behave in a way that a naturally slender person would. I

really hope she puts more questions out there as " food for thought " I loved it.
