Guest guest Posted February 19, 2011 Report Share Posted February 19, 2011 Starting off at 289 pounds at the beginning of last year, I had lost 49 pounds in 4 months by going to the gym & watching what I ate, but I quickly lost interest. At 240 pounds, I was feeling great, but mind you, my goal weight is 175 pounds. Now, I have gained back 30 pounds and I am not about to reach 289 lb again. I know that exercise should be a non-stop life style for me, but it's really easy to be in a mindset in which you believe you won't gain it back. I always do the same thing (Yo-yo Diet?), I'll lose some through hard work and discipline and then gain it back.
