Guest guest
Peggy, thank you for your videos, most interesting and informative. One big question though - The smaller Scoby Hotel you show has a metal? cover. I am under the impression that type of a cover has no " breathing " possibility, and the jar could explode. (I'd be petrified of shards flying everywhere.) The larger Scoby Hotel you show on the second video, is covered with cloth. That one makes me feel much safer, I think I'll work with that one. Again thank for all the information you provide on KT! yoly
Guest guest
Hi Yolande, Those aren't my videos. I simply found the first one and posted it so that I could ask a question. The rest were posted by somebody else--I'm not someone who posts a lot of info, as I just started making kt about a month ago and I know almost nothing. Except so far so good, as I'm able now to drink kt every night. Peggy Re:making a scoby hotel? Peggy, thank you for your videos, most interesting and informative.
