IOWL: inner conflcit journey

this morning, i was up early and decided to listen to renee's conflcit

resolution journey (the sabotage self-sabotage?). below are the results:

the part of me that says YES to being slim, fit, and healthy: found in my

solar plexus, a small black triangle. the gift: fun!

the part of me that says NO to being slim, fit, and healthy: found in my

lower abdomen, left side, a small black circle. the gift: love!

bringing these two symbols together, they form a some black star (i think

everything was black this time because i was tired). the gift: awesomeness!

as in, i am awesome

totally grateful. you are all awesome stars too.
