Guest guest
My query really is concerning does the SCOBY need enough stretching room once it is cut into a pie wedge, yet it was such a huge SCOBY room in a one gallon hotel does not offer elbow room for two huge pie wedge pieces of SCOBY. They both curl up at the end like bacon and I guess if it seems to me like it is bothersome, like I'm being mean by putting them in a smaller space, than perhaps my question is answered. Maybe perform surgery once more and cut the wedges even again, put some of the wedges in the hotel and the rest back in with the big one of the bowl-the tureen. I'm sure another baby is quick on the way, perhaps forming now in there. I suppose I'd be open to suggestions on what anybody might think on the space/SCOBY issue. Input away, much appreciated as always. Thanks as always
