Guest guest
Our next A.S.C.E.N.D.-ER, Inc.'s, (Autism Spectrum Community Efforts and New Directions) next meeting will be Saturday, January 6th from 10am-noon @Parkway Presbyterian Church, 5830 Bethelview Road, Cumming, GA. Our speaker will be Barron, co-author of the book Unwritten Rules of Social Relationship with Temple Grandin. This book explores understanding and managing social challenges for those with Asperger’s Syndrome and Autism. They function like anthropologists or social detectives, ferreting out the ten pivotal unwritten social rules (and scores of others) to help children and adults learn to function better in society. Barron will speak to our group regarding his book and his experiences. As always, this is a free seminar, but we do request that you register for this presentation, so that we may have enough materials for everyone. For more information or to register, please call 678-300-8687 or e-mail info@.... Please feel free to forward this e-mail to friends and family who might like to attend, the more the merrier.
