The tape lasts for around 5 days and adds support while allowing things to drain.  Indeed I held a laser for a few minutes in choice tender areas which sends energy to the mitochondria in the cells to allow them to work on healing faster, or something like that.

Still in pain but my day has much improved, thank you for all your kind words!  I'm supposed to lay off teaching for 3 weeks if at all possible. While poking and prodding around my back Dr. No said, " You have SWEET lats! "   (Thank you Noel and kettlebells!). I tore the teres minor and part of a pec, it appears.  I go back again on Monday.
