Guest guest Posted June 26, 2010 Report Share Posted June 26, 2010 I am still on my neverending quest to work my way thru this huge stack of exercise DVD's. I knew it is going to be really hot today so I decided to get done early. Today I picked out an easy workout, it was Kathy Starting Out, when I was done I didn't feel very worked out yet so I decided to also do the March to Fitness workout which is on the same DVD. I exercised just a little over 60 minutes altogether. With the combination of both workouts I feel very good now and ready to start my day.
