Jen's exercise for Sunday 05/16/10Today I walked 30 minutes on my treadmill. My ankle hurt some but it wasn't too bad. Tomorrow I will add 5 minutes to my walk...hopefully all will continue on schedule for my 5K walk this Saturday.Today I did the Interval Workout 3 from the No Excuse Workout program. This program comes with a HRT monitor, exercise DVD and interval exercise plans. It's pretty good but the HRT monitor seems off to me...it says I should be slowing down when I've barely broke a sweat. Jen
