45% 121.00 99.00This Saturday (May 22nd) is the 5K walk I signed up for to benefit the Detroit Association for the Deaf Women's Softball team and Deaf Children's Fund. I all ready paid for the walk, a walk t-shirt and admittance to the picnic afterwards. I'm going to try the walk but if it hurts my ankle a lot I will stop.I've decided to try and train for the walk as much as I can by starting with a 30 minute walk today. After today I will add 5 minutes a day. If I have any problems with my feet or knees I will back off the time.I really want to do this

walk because I've been looking forward to it for months.Please wish me good luck, Jen Jen
