See chart below:WEIGHT LOSS GOAL GOAL WEIGHT POUNDS TO LOSE 5% 209.00 11.00 10% 198.00 22.00 15% 187.00 33.00 20% 176.00 44.00 25% 165.00 55.00 30% 154.00 66.00 35% 143.00 77.00 40% 132.00 88.00 45% 121.00 99.00This Saturday (May 22nd) is the 5K walk I signed up for to benefit the Detroit Association for the Deaf Women's Softball team and Deaf Children's Fund. I all ready paid for the walk, a walk t-shirt and admittance to the picnic afterwards. I'm going to try the walk but if it hurts my ankle a lot I will stop.I've decided to try and train for the walk as much as I can by starting with a 30 minute walk today. After today I will add 5 minutes a day.
