I did this workout this morning. I had done a beginning pilates DVD awhile

back by someone else and I didn't like it at all. This one by is

very good for beginners (which I am). The only equipment needed is a mat

and a stretchy band. She does very good at explaining and demonstrating how

to do the exercises. It is not very strenuous at all and I intend to do it

again and again until I can do it all. I can't do the roll up move yet

(where you begin by laying on the floor and pull yourself into a sitting up

position), but I expect to be able to do it someday. Right around the time

my neck starting hurting said that your neck may feel weak right now

but it will get stronger in time. That is the main problem I had was with

my neck feeling a little strained but I hope that will get better as I do it

more often. There are some exercises where you have to lay on your stomach

that I am not crazy about because my tummy is still so big, but I got

through

them okay and it actually wasn't too bad. So I guess I really did like

this DVD and plan to do several more times before I try anything more

advanced. I will have to wait until tomorrow to see if anything hurts but I

don't think it will. Opening that darn DVD package was the hardest part of

the

workout, I think breaking into Fort Knox would be easier than that. I will

do either some treadmill or some cycling later this evening to burn some

calories. Have a great day everyone.
